A Mixed Income Workforce Affordable Rental Community

Completed in August 2015, Regan Development successfully created LEEDS certified affordable rental apartments conveniently located within walking distance to the SUNY Plattsburgh University Campus as well as local shopping. The project was co-designed with the cooperation of the Town of Plattsburgh to maximize pedestrian features creating a live/work walk-able neighborhood by linking pedestrian accesses from the University campus area to local shopping. The complex also features set aside fully accessible units for clients with special needs as Regan has forged a long term relationship with Behavioral Health Services North, a local service provider for those in need of specialized services. This development was financed through the collaboration of New York State Homes and Community Renewal, New York State OMH, the Community Preservation Corporation and WNC & Company.
