We are so thankful for the wonderful members of Centro Cristiano Nueva Vida located in Middletown, NY. The church is looking out for their neighbors in the pandemic, and our residents are so thankful. The church arranged donations of delicious and nourishing food for residents at both Senior Horizons at Silver Lake and Senior Horizons at Wurtsburo.
Here are some photos of what they brought:
Our residents at both Senior Horizons at Silver Lake and Senior Horizons at Wurtsboro were so thankful for the Church’s thoughtful gesture. Getting to the store can be a challenge during the pandemic and these tasty, thoughtful care packages really went a long way to making life easier for our residents.
We would also like to thank William, our Maintenance Supervisor for Silver Lake, Yvonne, our Horizons at Wawayanda Community Manager and Jim, our Maintenance Supervisor for Wurtsboro. Each of them pitched in to hand out and deliver the food to individual residents at the buildings.
Paige Anderson helped us coordinate this outreach effort by Centro Cristiano Nueva Vida. Way to go everyone!
