10 Affordable New Two-Family Homes

At Housing Horizons of Poughkeepsie, Regan Development transformed ten garbage strewn abandoned lots into vibrant, tax paying home sites for moderate and low income families. The project combined neighborhood revitalization with affordable ownership and affordable rentals. The project proved, in distressed areas of Poughkeepsie, that a collaborative effort between a developer, the city, and a local non-profit organization can produce positive results for the community.
