The development team of Regan Development Corporation and Inglis Housing Corporation’s opened the doors of Inglis Gardens at Belmont to first residents this week, and so many people were happy to move into their new apartments. Inglis Gardens has a total of 80 new rental residences — creating high quality affordable housing opportunities along Belmont Avenue in the Wynnefield Heights section of Philadelphia. In addition to 40 superbly priced apartments for people in the area, Inglis Gardens at Belmont provides 40 Accessible Plus Apartments for people with disabilities. Many of those Accessible Plus Apartments are specially designed to help people transition from nursing homes back into the community – to a place they can call their own.
